โรงพยาบาลจุฬาภรณ์ ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ ขอเชิญชวนผู้ป่วย ครอบครัว และผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเนื่องใน วันมะเร็งต่อมน้ำเหลืองโลก ๒๕๖๙ ภายใต้แนวคิด “Stronger Together, Brighter Tomorrow : พลังแห่งความหวัง เพื่อวันพรุ่งนี้ที่ดีกว่า” มาร่วมเติมพลังใจ เรียนรู้การดูแลสุขภาพอย่างถูกวิธี และก้าวผ่านทุกอุปสรรคไปด้วยกัน
ไฮไลต์กิจกรรมภายในงาน
• ร่วมฟังเสวนาให้ความรู้ โดยแพทย์เฉพาะทางด้านโลหิตวิทยา
• คำแนะนำด้านโภชนาการ โดยทีมนักกำหนดอาหารวิชาชีพ
• การดูแลสุขภาพและการออกกำลังกาย โดยนักวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา
• นวัตกรรมการรักษา CAR-T Cell และการเก็บ Stem Cell โดยอายุรกรรมโลหิตวิทยา
• การบริจาค Stem Cell โดยสภากาชาดไทย

๒.สำหรับผู้ใช้งานใหม่ (First-Time Registration): สมัครสมาชิก CRA-HealthEvent Pass โดยกรอกข้อมูลพื้นฐาน (ชื่อ-นามสกุล, เบอร์โทรศัพท์, วันเกิด, อายุ, อีเมล) พร้อมตั้ง Username และ Password (ทำเพียงครั้งเดียว เพื่อใช้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมสุขภาพอื่นๆ ในอนาคต)
๓.เมื่อสมัครเสร็จเรียบร้อย คลิกลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมงาน “Stronger Together, Brighter Tomorrow” เพื่อรับ QR Code Ticket สำหรับใช้เช็กอินเข้างาน

• Innovations in CAR-T Cell therapy and Stem Cell collection by the Hematology Department
• Stem Cell donation by the Thai Red Cross Society

Seat Reservation and Registration Steps:
1.Click the registration link: https://cra-event-registration.vercel.app/ or scan the QR Code on the poster.
2.For new users (First-Time Registration): Sign up for a CRA-HealthEvent Pass by filling out basic information (Name-Surname, Phone Number, Date of Birth, Age, Email) and setting up a Username and Password. (This is a one-time process for joining future health events).
3.Once the account is created, click to register for the “Stronger Together, Brighter Tomorrow” event to receive a QR Code Ticket for check-in.
